• Quiz responses — Your style preferences and nursery planning answers
• Payment information — Processed securely through PayPal or Alipay (we do not store your payment card details)

Information Collected Automatically

• Aggregate usage data — Page visits, referral source, country, device type, selected funnel events, and non-identifying result categories collected through Plausible Analytics
• Technical data — Hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses and request information to operate and secure the service
• Local browser storage — Used to preserve quiz progress and essential preferences; it is not used for advertising

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Reveal your free personalised nursery result and provide the service you request
• Process your payment and send purchase confirmation
• Send important updates about your order
• Improve our service and user experience
• Respond to your support requests
• Send occasional nursery guidance and Purely Placed updates only if you actively select the marketing checkbox (you can unsubscribe anytime)

We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage & Security

How We Store Your Data

• Quiz-lead records include your email, result attributes, language, campaign parameters, consent choice, and timestamp. The optional baby name is not included in this record.
• Quiz-lead records without marketing consent are automatically deleted after 90 days
• Quiz-lead records with marketing consent are retained for up to 2 years, or until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Paid Blueprint session data is automatically deleted after 90 days; download the PDF if you want to keep it permanently

Events may include non-identifying categories such as language, style, baby-stage group, room type, organizing category, or marketing-consent status. We do not send email addresses, names, raw quiz answers, payment-session IDs, or other direct identifiers to Plausible.
